Good day Saints of God,
 
Hope everyone is having a blessed day today! My name is Elisabeth Johnson, daughter of Bishop Larry and Pasor Trish Martinez. I am a peer recovery supporter through the state of Ohio. My hope for you today is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout this community.

Have you ever wondered if God is listening to your prayers? Or, are you afraid that someone will make fun of you when you pray in public? The answer? Let’s look at Matthew 6:6 in the New King James Version.
Matthew 6:6
But you, when you pray, go into your room and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
When you're in your prayer closet that's when you shut your door and start praying to the Almighty God in His secret place. You need to understand that we can’t hide from God. God knows where we are whether we're out in the open or underground somewhere.
Remember that in His secret place we can’t hide. We need to sit and be silent in order to hear the voice of God and what His answer is.
My goal is to remind you not to hide from God. As a matter of fact, just sit, listen and be silent. That’s when you will hear the voice of God!
